You should come for a visit. It’s really sweet reading this thread and knowing that I will never have another neighbor for the rest of my life.

Hallelujah! The fatehr of the terminally fucked-up neighbor has put the place on the market so all the dead stuff in the back yard, the 2 dead PU truCks/ the dead snow machines/ dead ATV's/stacks of mag wheels/ busted picknick tables/ busted parts all has to be moved out before it gets covered in more snow and before there is a deadline to vacate

    what an Xmas pres !

Red neck junk everywhere, a dog that barks incessantly, the dog shit left to smell so bad the windows had to stay shut, the rock truck crashing into the shed after which the cop fired 2 groups of 3 from his 9mm across my lot, after which the whole intersection had to be place under yellow tape waiting for the forensics investigator to do her thing

The bar has been set extremly low

So, if the trashiest neighbors are moving out, where are you in the next trashy neighbor lineup?

    @xxxer Lol

I don't think most of the people on our block are too happy with us this week. We've had 51" of rain since the middle of June including 3.2" on Monday. By Tuesday water was just pumping out of the hill and our driveway is perfectly shaped to funnel that water into the street. Big deal right? Not when it's in the 20s at night and it freezes solid and there's a 20 foot wide sheet of ice covering the street which tilts to the downhill side It probably doesn't help that our basement flooded, there's still water coming in I've dumped about 500 extra gallons down the driveway because it's the only part of the property below the house so I'm sure that hasn't helped. We can't park in the driveway either because the cars slide out and there's nothing to stop them before they end up in the downhill neighbors bedroom.

Still above the catholic priest across the road who puts his beagle on a leash all day where it would crow incessantly for hours on end until another neighbor mentioned maybe he should get an anti-bark collar

cue the catholic priest jokes, apparently the diocese has learned they should move them every 5 years so I gotta put up with the guy for another 4 yrs

Why do people walking their dogs feel obligated to stop in front of our house so their dog can pee/poop/stare at our dogs barking their heads off trying to jump through the window? These idiots keep doing it even though I've asked them not to. They insist that it's our problem and maybe we should block the front facing windows. They also insist that they'll keep doing it because that's where their dogs like to pee and poop. A few days ago when I went to take the garbage can in the ground was covered in shit so I scooped it up and left it on their entrance mat by the front door. That hasn't gone well...

Dogs are going to go where they're going to go, but as a dog owner if I see someone's sign asking for no dog pooping I try not to let my dog go there. I don't linger in front of a house with a barking dog. If it were random dogs occasionaly going in GL's yard I wouldn't complain about it but since it's the same people all the time choosing to have their dogs go there all the time--that's way out of line. The neighbors could easily alter their route so the dogs go in different places. That they choose not to is aggressive hostility IMO and deserves a response.

In most places not picking up after your dog is illegal--if that is the case for GL these people should be reported to animal control, with pictures.

Also, people who plant shrubs along the sidewalk and expect that male dogs won't piss on them are idiots.

You have every right to leave the dog shit on their porch if you saw it happen but the fact you even typed out it didn't go well tells me you must be a complete social imbecile.
I'm not implying your wrong to react but expecting anything other than hostility is pretty stupid in your part. Don't launch a shit bomb and expect it to go smoothly.
These is one possible upside , maybe the neighbor chooses a different route or takes it on himself to leave you mounds of shit at every opportunity.
I personally HATE seeing dog shit in my front yard because I'm on a popular walk path as well, I have asked/told/demanded people pick up their shit but fully expect the exchange to not go smoothly. You better hope the person isn't a wacko and showa up to your house with a gun like the Guido that bought your POS Rover.

Jesus Christ, I think we'd all like to feel bad for your situations but you bring most of this on yourself. I'd tell you to write a book, but it seems it's already been done. Keep bringing the lol's though.

^^^ Fuck that noise. If he literally (yes) asked them not to do something only a fucking asshole would continue.
I have been in this State for 30 years and I am willing to admit that I am part of the problem.

Yeah, dumping shit on someone's porch is the solution. I'm sure there won't be any repercussions for that. He'll be back here in a week telling us about how his neighbor punched him in the face and he has no idea why.

I'm sure it'll be the nurses fault, or the states fault, or the DMV's fault, or the guy who sold him that car's fault. At some point you have to realize you reap what you sew. I've had my share of fuckups, but I have the balls to realize it's of my own doing. I'm the one to blame.

GL’s biggest mistake is dog shit goes under the car door handles, not on the porch. Rookie.

Yeah, i think the "that hasnt gone well" was tongue in cheek, self deprecating.

My dog goes apeshit at the front window everytime this one particular dog walks by. I dont blame the other dogs owner, its a public sidewalk- they are allowed to walk and sniff and piss on my rocks/evergreen bushes along the sidewalk. Its my dogs (but really my own) fault for going apeshit about something so ordinary and non-threatening. Leaving dog shit out there does suck though as my 2 yr old has now stepped in shit twice before getting strapped into the rear-facing carseat and rubbing his shoes on the backrest.

IME if a dog lives in your house another dog is gona pee/ shit there, so I don't have a dog if there is dog shit anywhere in the yard the renter is responsible to pick it up cuz even if his dog didnt do it its cuz of his dog

so he was careful to take dog across the street to shit on the catholic church

As a general rule, dog owners suck.
