Hey Mags,
Im curious to know if there is a best practice for swapping the tongues... Ive struggled to get that little black piece that integrates with the pin on the boot off. Is there an easy way to do it rather than using a flat head screwdriver to press inside the insert to "pop" it out.
l feel dumb asking this...

Which version of Krypton boots do you have? I do not remember any issue with moving between the 2 sets included. I started out and moved over to the stiffer pair, then went to do the boot fitting and the fitter felt I should return to the softer stock pair that were on the boots originally so I did.

Is this on a Lupo? Yeah its a bitch if so, I used some light heat and screwdriver.

A hair dryer or heat gun makes it 1000x easier. I currently run B•C•P•M tongues on my 2 sets of Lupo’s & honestly, I’m always scavenging for the toggle / clasp part from dead pairs to make it easier.
