Never change! If it's worked for the past 30ish year it's hard to say you're doing it wrong.
BTW I had to remount a pair of skis last year due to an excessively forward mount and resulting constant tail-trampling. I was flailing so hard on the skinner if became a running joke.

Snowbird announced their parking system plans. Preferred parking pass for the win!
Alright so what's the play with advanced days? Reserve 11/29 - 11/31? 12/24 - 12/28?
I'm thinking between road parking and alta FCFS, we will be able to ski the days we want. It's just a matter of it being more of a pain some days....
Jk, looks like its Alta or the Hellscape that UTA will be this year:
What parking lots will be equipped with this system?
All Snowbird parking lots, including the Bypass road. Due to limited terrain and lifts, we do not anticipate allowing parking along the side of SR-210 during the early-season.
Drop-Off/Pick-Up
Reservations are not needed if you are only dropping off or picking up. 5-minute drop-offs will be available at the Snowbird Center and Creekside.
So I'm confused. Is the parking reservation system only open to snowbird passholders or also for Ikon people?
I love how they used the "7 day" for everything to make it even more confusing.
Queue up building a black market for selling our reserved spots on peak days.
If you would have told me a year ago I'd be hitchiking with my entire face covered up...
Sooooo fucking glad the wife pushed a preferred parking pass last year. Game on!

Nice work. If they’re open for more than 30 days that is. Getting depressed about the chances of an actual season.

I need to go to Utah.
Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?
So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....

I failed and ate Halloween candy. Reports are debatable as it’s getting warmer. I’m going up Saturday or Sunday for real this time.

Is there a WROD to the top, or is it literally 300' of skiable snow?
Sounds like skiing will wait another week or two.
it is paltry and I am making fun and havent skied it yet but if we could have had a patch like this in Lubbock TX every winter in college I would have bought a season pass. perfect for jib kids; otherwise......
