    Freeride World Tour

    [QUOTE=[/QUOTE]

just looking at the snow reports it seems like kh is pretty solid right now. ozone is the normal face unless the snow is bad on it. no clue on predictions but i assume some big lines are going to be thrown down

Which athletes have the most experience at Kickinghorse? I think I’ll start there.

Yeah, psyched to watch Parkin. Need to get my sure-to-be-very-wrong predictions in.

    Hard to choose. I don’t have a particular favourite…
Looks like they're back on ozone this year.

Snow on ozone is pretty great. 45cm+ untouched for last 2 weeks.

Deep snow is not really conducive to the skiing level of the mens division. They really excel in eight inches over a soft’ish base due to the speed they carry.

I wonder if after the pow comp in Val, if the riders will bust out actual fat pow skis if there’s deep pow on ozone. Almost the entire field is on one ten or below width skis. I know there’s been a trend away from super fatties. But the fact remains they were designed to ski fast and hit big air in pow.

Hard to bet against Goguen but his buddy Weitien Ho is close to pullling off a spectacular run. And our boy Martin Bender is riding high on confidence.

I think Turdell, magic skier that he is, has had his day…

Touché. Just want one elder on my list.

Hard to disagree with any of the boys you mention.

What an awesome season that it’s so hard to choose.

Snowboard women is still kinda sad in 2025. My wife didn't ride much worse 8 years ago ( haven't seen her ride since we had kids because one of us has the kids)..... Having a real job.

Whereas I would probably have never made the top 5-7 in ski women not even back then....... Not in even thinking about the men.

Wow. How much deduction for a flying pole?

German girl sends it. Didn't know she existed. Level of ski women has increased so much. Nice.

Kind of absurd that they gave zu wanna 63 and gerritzen 57 for that non-line.

No so much the snowboard women. They seem way behind the women skiers.
