I’m betting fish scale snow blades with pivot 18s and just using them to stomp uphill when needed.

nothing as good as those great suggestions

seems to me that the Shift and the Duke PT are really what I'm after so I'm getting one of each - and a pair of Outlaws

hanging on to my Freeride Pro rig and old NTN set up because I'm paranoid and I like to have back up equipment

oh, and a pair of Tectons for a touring rig when they're available again

you can do that sorta shit when you're not married any more

I was gonna go with a mono ski with a Nordic Track mounted on it with tele bindings attached but it would sorta suck for the uphill

by the way - thanks for this

normally I would'n't go to newschoolers for any actual information, but LeeLau is the man

this tells me maybe I oughta keep my old extra Freeride for parts since the brakes work with Tecton

Everyone likes to rag on the FR+ but thats just to show TGR how really cool they are

IMO the FR+ is really a pretty good binding, it will tour or take a DIN sole and you get all that weight training for nothing

I even got a spare from a single ski found in an aviy so I can't see ever getting rid of them

a good spare for the rcokski that I don't mind lending out ... the last person came back engaged !

shit canned the Marker order since they're stuck somewhere in Jersey

better to just go with 2 sets of Shifts and 2 sets of Tecton since I have access to a Jigarex and some help setting them up locally

Shifts for work skis and Tectons for play skis

    bought a Jigarex Tecton plate
