Oh man, is that a lift tower under there?
Oh man, is that a lift tower under there?
I still call it The Jake.

weight of that tree yeeted the counterweight right up into its frame, ripped out the comm wires and threw multiple t’s off the line.

Early 90s Tracker 5spd, hard and soft tops and digital print wood siding trim. It was pretty cool.
About a foot and a half in Syracuse. Unfortunately only a dusting so far at the ski areas south of here. Looks like Woods Valley is in the bullseye
yep... over 40 inches so far and still pumping.

Woot!
I still call it The Jake.
Damn. 5+ feet of fluff?!! Is that place even steep enough?
Nice. Makes me want to move to lowville or Rome.
FKNA. Our man in the field always in the hot zone!
yeah, we got steeps runs and we got long runs. choose one. ya don’t get both…
all the inruns are groomed so one can slam into that powder at fuckin’ speed. physics teaches us the that the greater the fuckin’ mass the greater the fuckin’ momentum, stated as p=m x v… using that formula i have deduced that 210lb spread over a surface area of 196 cm by 122 mm, with a decent pintail to help float yer shovel, is sufficient for me to overcome the drag coefficient induced by copious amounts of the lightest fuckin’ flakes i’ve seen outside of japan…
that being said, definitely a low speed day…
hittin’ all them areas that don’t usually get enough ta hit… even deep under the pines!
Giggity.
Dayum...
A mini maggot community isn't a bad idea. A couple of old guyz that like playing in the snow and driving weird old things sounds pretty good actually. Who's shoveling the driveway? My back hurts.
