GD “blue bird day”... most annoying mountain expressions...

Feeling triggered... For some reason I can’t take it when someone uses the expression “bluebird day”, especially repetitively every chance they get to describe a nice day... I’m not sure why but every time I hear someone say “bluebird day” I get a little bit closer to diagnosable, just say “is was beautiful, or nice or great” wtf does bluebird even mean?!?!? We ain’t even got no GD blue birds! Close second, “mank”....

What do you got? What cliche mountain expressions have I been using that are secretly driving you nuts? Let it out, it’s time to vent!

Having to read your rant is what drives me nuts. FFS, just get out and ski, no one cares if you have mental issues about calling it "BLUEBIRD" day or how about "GREYBIRD" or Storm skiing.

When the day trip gets long enough I upgrade to "death march", usually prefixed with the name of the partner who came up with it. Can't use the word mission in UT without a dozen LDS peeps appearing out of thin air to tell you stories of that one time they were allowed to leave the state so they could go be Mos somewhere else.
