Seems like after work skiing is off the table this week, is there any dry dirt to ride on within a half hour of south slc? I'd even take a gravel road.. missing winter already

    Update:

Go-ride draper went above and beyond, and got me sorted within two hours of dropping it off. Nice guys, do recommend.

As far as overall reliability, I stored my bike with my post down accidentally (summer to winter transition was so fast, ya know?), so I'm chalking this up to user error. Overall 10/10 on the AXS Reverb, I love the button activation instead of the long throw lever.

Someone went and rode Eagle Mountain today, said it was good. I'm going to venture over that way tomorrow, will update.

Thanks, I rode Jacks and it was in good shape. Someone said Parleys Point was good to go but I didn't quite believe them

There may be pockets of wetness deep in the holes. I avoided dry creek, heard it was basically a small stream. Gotta be getting dry. I'd be surprised if i street is not ready to go. I'm not much of a jumper. I would like to improvey skills there though...

If you guys are coming up to ride up here, shoot me me a pm.. i live right by popperton and am always looking for people to ride with.

Can confirm, Antelope Island was mint this past weekend.

I’m gonna start walking up the Bountiful B DH trail this week with my trail hoe, and will report back how things are looking. I’m imagining rutted AF and snow pack up high, but we’ll see…

I-street is for sure ready to rip. It’s running fast and grippy right now, get some.

Wasatch mags, anyone sitting on a bike box they'd be willing to part with? It looks like I'll be shipping my beloved Occam to an out-of-state mag and unfortunately I got rid of 2 boxes I was storing when the gear room had to become a baby room.
I called a couple bike shops today and got no luck, I plan on making the rounds of a bunch of others later this week but I figure I'd ask the collective and see if anyone is holding cardboard!

Not what you need, and covered above, but I have a frame box, if you track down a wheelset box and want to do the "two boxes" shipment method...

I have a pickup pad free for SLC mag that comes and picks it up. Its in fine shape, fits my Tundra. Only thing is it does NOT have the straps that hold it to the tailgate. But its free for mags, compare to the ad on KSL for $40!

Terrace hills-terror ridge-lower bobsled is 99% good to go if anyone else wants a rude awakening to their season.

Terror is the perfect season warm up, super bouncy up top into loose-as-shit pointy chunder with no grip. Best way to get the feelings back
The climb to get there could be more heinous though, I think doing Mt VanCott first is key to starting the season well.

I have a box. PM me. It was used to ship me a bike, so it doesn’t have all of the fitted pieces inside. The guy just used bubble wrap and other boxes and the bike came to me clean
