I’m getting tired of using the type of file-guides where you clamp a long file or diamond stone to it. The length of the files makes it impossible not to catch on the toe piece and brake areas.
Are there any perhaps motorized edge sharpeners (like a shop-level thing) that can be purchased?
I’m aware of the multi-tools (which don’t have overhang), but was under the impression they suck and aren’t even accurate.
I dunno.... for actually changing a bevel angle, is it best to just leave that to a shop with a tuning machine?
