+2.5cm mount with STHs. The -6.35cm felt perfect to me.

Peak Chair opened. Skied em lots on nice packed pow bumps on Shale Slope, in some grabby pow on Doom & Gloom where I hit a ton of rocks. And some groomers to end the day. They skied awesome everywhere (and had hardly any damage). Rippers on groomers.

I have not had a many skis with metal in them recently, so they feel “solid”, to me. I can carve hard and I feel firmly planted in the turn, but still somewhat nimble when you’re booking it and blasting through choppy, packed pow bumps at speed. Felt like I’d owned them for years.

Strong, smooth and stable....yep. Yet when my legs started getting tired and I began carving less and sliding turns more by pushing out my tails they worked too. Found some icy moguls too. No problem.

Perfect Whistler inbounds ski where you see a bunch of different conditions each run (steeps, chalky bumps,
    Packed pow, ice, groomers etc).

Liked them so much that I don’t see a need for the Menace 99s I just bought. Check Gear Swap shortly for those.

Glad you’re liking the Enforcers! Very easy to ski on and off piste but not as great on harder snow at high speeds and that’s where the Menace 98s will shine. The issue I had with the Menace 98s is when crud gets heavy, the tips bulldoze when hitting mounds. Heard there is a new version coming out next year and might have that issue addressed.

I’ve got the new 2021 Faction CT 2.0 which might replace my Menace 98, Fisher 102 FR and Enforcer 104 in one ski. Won’t have the float of the two wider skis but should be damp and stable like the Menace 98 with better shaped tips. Hope to try them out soon!

    Anyone have a 104 in 191 or 186 they aren't loving?

Why don't you go practice fallin' down? I'll be there in a minute.

Has anyone skied the 2021 Enforcer 100 with the new construction? How does it compare to the older ski? I’m interested in the 191 now the slightly shorter length is offered.

I initially had mine (191s) at +2 and they were good everywhere but pow, where I had more tip dive than I wanted. Probably more my fault than anything but they float better on the line.

Lotta people here mounting forward - anyone mounting backward? I have the 100s in 185 on the line and the front feels a bit weak, whereas the tails are more than substantial (compared to the old mantras I came off of)

I’m at -4mm on 191 110’s. Wouldn’t go forward myself. That spot feels good.

    5’10” 165lbs for reference.

Which year are you on? The Enforcer 100 tail is really forgiving versus just about anything else with metal. Or perhaps I am missing what you are trying to say.

I'm on the popular ones (up to 2020?) and feel like I'm falling over the front end of them at times, whereas the tails feel nice and supportive. I'm wondering if it's a good idea to move the bindings back to fit my skiing style, or if I just need to size up, or if this is just the wrong ski for me...

What is your height and weight? The Enforcer 100 really works with a more relaxed approach and more centered stance. It is REALLY easy to over power the front of that ski. As stated, you may want to size up or find a beefier ski. This ski has a really wide appeal because it is so accessible, but that also means it is pretty easy to over power, IMO.

No help right now but ordered 192 94s and 104s... After back surgery last year mentally I am skiing like a puss and just not charging like I did so going for more chill skis...

They should be delivered next week and as soon as I get a chance to get on them I will be sure to throw up a review...

Only have time on the Enforcer 93, which is a slight step up from the 100 in terms of stability at speed and a more supportive tail which has a bit more to give back in terms of rebound. Either Ske Essentials or Blister had a decent review on the 94, IIRC.

As an aside, after skiing my 2019 187 Brahma 88’s, I’m probably selling my 93’s. The Brahma is as easy to ski, but just more stable, more powerful, and more fun.

Interesting to hear. Guess I should demo both.

Skied the 93 for 10-15 days a couple of years ago. I think the 94 is slightly sturdier

    93:
Fun on groomers, but not on bulletproof.
Pretty good in bumps, steep chalk and soft, shallow cut-up.
Pretty soft after a few days, but dampish.
Want to lock in, not great for tight terrain.
Surprisingly bad in powder, crust etc. The middle sinks, the tip hooks.

I sold them and got 88s since these were primarily groomers skis. Didn't love those either.
Brahma 82 and Superbros are my groomers skis now. Like them more

@prsboogie I just purchased a pair of 104's from PTEX1. He had a really good deal on them. You should check him out on here or contact his shop.

Just bought the new 94’s in a 186 from him. Will probably buy the previous generation (2020) Brahma too (187) and do a multi day A/B and sell the loser. Sounds like the new Brahma went allot more groomer oriented with less rocker in tip and tail according to blister. Which is fine for this waist of ski but limits the versatility a little.

Have had quite a few days this season on 2020 Enforcer 104 Frees. Mounted +2.5cm. This ski does everything inbounds very well. A great mix of easy/pivoty yet also quite stable and a chargy. They have never felt out of place from groomers to ice to bumps to chalky steeps to mank to crud to pow. They just feel right. You can slarve or carve or carve then slarve. Solid feel. They ski so well that I sold some 2020 Dynastar Menace 98s (that were un-skied) and some 2020 Salomon QST 106s (after about 4 days).

I'd consider an Enforcer 94 or 88 but I ski Whistler and we never ski just groomers all day.
I think the 104mm is perfect width for a Whistler ski when it hasn't snowed in a few days and you are skiing all over the mountain.

That being said I just bought a pair of 2020 Volkl M102s for refrozen crap snow days like last weekend. Interesting the 177cm M102 and the 179cm Enforcer Free both measure 179cm along the base. They are the exact same length. The Mantras will be more demanding and punishing than the Enforcers Frees, but between those two skis I have things pretty much covered.

I own and really like enforcer 110’s. They just lack that last little bit of high end for me.

I live in Sun Valley so there’s allot of groomer rip and bump days.

I am looking for a new DD as my 80mm ski is too stiff for the bumps.

Tried my buddies mantra 102’s and they are just so so good. Better than the enforcer 110’s.

Nearly bought them. But I also have Wren 114’s and realized I really need a narrower DD that is fun between snow in Sun Valley.

For Whistler I’d buy the M102 in a heartbeat. You’ll be selling the enforcer 104’s.

    Haha. I just bought 2020 M102s from Corbett’s yesterday.

I think the 104 Free and M102 combo will cover Whistler low snow days nicely.

    Bet you sell the enforcers.

3 beers in. Bought the enforcer 94 and Brahma 88 2020.

haha . You're on for a beer re selling my 104s.

I think I'm buying some 2021 Enforcer 94s now too.

Briefly considered the Enforcer 88 and Brahma 88, but 94mm is skinny enough for me at Whistler. I just listened to the Ski Essentials mid-90mm 2021 ski shootout video and I think the Enforcer 94 sounds perfect....just a bit less "on" than the M5 or Bonafide. But still stable and powerful. Just a bit more fun.

Went down that route too, bought myself a Dynastar legend x88. Had them for two seasons and barely ever ski them. Took forever to sell too because no one on the West Coast really wanted them. Now on low tide days, I just ski the Woodsman108 in the PNW.

Ya I really didn't ever want to go below the M102s and Enforcer 104s in width.

But I think a Covid ski season is different?

Instead of my typical season of 25 Whistler days + 15 Mt Baker days+ 10 Powder Highway days....its' gonna be just 50 Whistler/Blackcomb days.....first world problems I know.

I already have 20 days at WB inbounds, mostly at Blackcomb actually, as the lines seem better there?

So I should try a mid to low 90mm waisted ski. But no narrower!! I think the E94 could be it.

Yeah the problem I had with the x88 is that they were only really good on pristine groomers. I would hit a patch of loose granular, wash out, and eat it. Definitely not a ski to bring to Baker.

Maybe I just suck at skiing....
