What Liner for warmth and performance?

Looking for a warmer liner than the current stock version on my Rossignol Alltracks. It isn't terrible but on really cold days, I can literally feel my feet freeze.

Been suggested that I go Intuition Dreamliner MVs but hear that although they will be warm, they'll also not breathe very well. My feet sweat crazy amounts so maybe these are not so good?

    Anyway... looking for suggestions.

Oh, and if Intuition is the only way to go, do you size up or down in Liner size. Current boot size is 27.5.

Intuitions are warm. Their sizing is normal-ish. They have sizing suggestions on their website, but I've always gone down a 1/2 size (I put a 26 intuition in my 26.5 boot).

Your foot is wrapped in a thick plastic shell. I think breathability is somewhat moot.

try foot powder and thinner socks if your feet freeze after sweating.

This, my feet sweat like crazy and wearing UL socks has helped a great deal. Need to try the powder though.

Why don't you go practice fallin' down? I'll be there in a minute.

I spray my feet with a deodorant to help keep them dry. Works pretty well.

Intuition liners are warm, and if properly chosen and formed, ski exceptionally well. Wrap liners and luxury liners are the warmest. Wraps will stiffen up the boot considerably. Luxuries take up a lot of volume. Dream liner is great, won’t be quite as warm but also won’t add the stiffness of the wrap or volume of luxury. Are you worried about the ROM in your boot? Tour-wrap is the tits. None of them breath well, which is why they are warm.

    To address your actual question:
What socks are you using? Not all are equal; even in the UL realm. While all ultralight socks are thin, some are more thin than others.

Spray your feet with anti-perspirant or use a light amount of foot powder.

Thanks for all the suggestions, especially the anti-perspirant and foot powder suggestion - gonna try those with current liners and socks.

Regarding socks - I wear thin Smartwool PhD ski socks which have a small amount of cushioning at the base of the foot.

Regarding ROM. Pretty happy with the fit of my current stock liners - foot is secure and comfortable fit wise but gets insanely cold/frozen on cold days (below 25 degrees F). I'd love to keep my current fit and actually I'm also happy with the stiffness of the boot. I have short range of motion in my ankles and I have found that a moderately stiff flex (120 in Lange/Rossignol) works best for my style.

Edit: Just realized that ROM was in regards to a hiking ROM. Answer is no since I have the Rossignol Allspeeds and not the Alltracks, as I mistakenly said in previous post.

Based on all the suggestions and info provided by XavierD, seems like Dreamliner in 27 size is the way to go?

If everything about the current liner is good other than it's cold, you could also look at boot gloves (relatively cheap), or heated footbeds (not particularly cheap, but neither are new liners).

I was always taught that if your foot is sweating and then freezing it is actually too hot. I'd try getting rid of the smartwool and just go really thin, like the spyder pro liner or something.

    YMMV

Hmmm... Interesting solution. That may be a worth try if I can get past the goofy looking aspect....

Try some chemical toe warmers ^^ you stick them on top of your toes, also good in ski gloves where I stick them to the top inside of the gloves or mitt

I buy them in bulk by the display box and always have them in packs/pockets/ truck
