I'll see if I can update things - I may need some help though. I don't have a pair of W11's to look at any more.

GS, I've got some Warden 11 MNC Demos, and can provide measurements and/or pics if you need them


FWIW, I printed GS's revised v 1.2 template this past spring (2023), then measured out the hole positions and test mounted the bindings into a 2x6.

If I recall correctly, the heel track's rear holes were just slightly off from the template's holes, as SJ reported and you guys discussed back in '19 (ie, the heel track's front holes are not quite 80mm from heal track's rear holes).

If I was simply using binding screws, this probably would have been OK, but since I was mounting the skis with BF inserts, I wanted the M5 bolt axis to line up perfectly with the BF insert axis. So I repeated the test mount on the other side of the 2x6, and drilled the heal track's rear holes ~79.5 mm from the front holes.

Everything lined up on the money, and I appreciate you doing the initial heavy lifting creating the template GS!

Anyway, I'm pretty sure I used 79.5 mm spacing between the heal track's front and rear holes, but I'll remeasure later and confirm.

I'm looking for the Warden 11 demo template. The post says "attachments" but I can't seem to locate one.

Edit: it's a mobile issue. On my phone I can see the post has attachments, but cannot actually see or download them. On my desktop it was visible. Appreciate your response confirming it was there.
