So, I've had this template kicking around since last year, and never put it up.
I've done one mount with it, last year, and don't remember a problem.

Consider it an alpha/beta version until someone else does a mount with it and verifies it.
I'll update this when I believe it's verified, and I may well do another mount - at least a test one here shortly.

[Note, there are two PDF's - one for the heel and one for the toe. You'll need them both.]
