Some asshole mother fucker was tailgating and drove my buddy off the road. He had a heart attack and died. Fuck all you assholes who can’t control your powder panic.

First I heard this. Lots of folks at the bird today totally bummed at the news of Mike's passing. No one mentioned he got ran off the road. I've only known him a few years and know he was dealt a shitty hand at birth and lived life it the fullest with such a positive attitude. RIP.

People, as always, were driving like assholes today before I reached the canyons. All the assholes had skis on their roof, they were not commuting. Special shoutout to the dick in the Tesla going up LCC around 9am. Wake up earlier, fucksticks!!!

Unreal day inbounds before lunch then LSB - Cardiac Ridge Run - Two Trees.

LSB socked in for our run. Holy steep and deep but couldn't see a damn thing, including my partners.
Cardiac was super good but almost not steep enough to not go over the bars.
Slide triggered running almost 1000'. Didn't go look at the crown.
Two Trees was reallllly good at the top. Crust underneath was evident in the middle. Sun cooked the bottom half a little and there was a very manageable crust on the surface around 4:30pm.

Very sad news about the canyon accident. Preexisting heart condition. Vibes to all affected.
