Thanks! In Salt Lake City, but appreciate the offer. Bummer they require their own tool.
QUOTE=XtrPickels;6892352]I *think* you have to use the specific one from e13. I don't know that park et al. makes one.
If you happen to be in Boulder, I have it.[/QUOTE]
It's specific to E13, it does not cross over with any other brands. E13 makes a tool, looks a lot like the Shimano Direct Mount Chainring tool: black steel, 2 wrench flats, big enough opening to slide over the spindle. Its the same tool for their DM chainrings and bottom brackets.
Abbey Tools also make one for the E13 BB/DM (OSBB E13).
There are also some cheap eBay stamped wrench tools.
Not many options, no cross over from any other brands that I know of.
EDIT: apparently the Abbey tool only has 6 notches, so it only works on the E13 BB, and not the DM, but the E13 tool with 12 notches works on the 12 notch DM and 6 notch BB.
I learned something new tonight, so now I can go to bed.
Thanks all!
Season 3/ 2900 kms for SRAM 12 spd NX on the Bullit starts to shift not extremely well so I fiddle with the cable adj but its still kinda nebulous
so back in the shed I put it on the stand for a check, the axle/ der hanger bolts have both backed out considerably as in 1/4 inch of slop on cassette side so i tighten both sides of the axle/ der hanger and lube chain,
considering how loose ever thing was it was still running pretty good so i got nothing to whine about

I’m considering a Giant Revolt Advanced frame to replace the Crux which is too big for me. It’s a press-fit BB, I can use my Rival crankset set, yes? What BB do y’all recommend for this frame?

Why so many pumps? I have one for the shop and one in the car.

However many are in a shit ton.
Its Dee Hubbs , if you were aware of his tool fetish you would know a better question would be why does buddy only have 6 pumps ?

That thing never worked. I still kick myself for thinking the Swedes had finally perfected their system.

That Revolt frame is a PF92, so yes the Rival crankset will work.
Your Rival is most likely a dub standard(it will say on your crank bolts).
A cheap SRAM PF/DUB will work. Or spend another $70 to get a Wheels MFG thread together BB86/92 SRAM.

Fukt: a very small amount of snow.
I just got my wife one of those. She loves it to pieces, her first ride was Little Red, which she enjoyed more than ever. We sold her really old road bike the next day, no going back.
The stock Giant wheels that come on it are HEAVY, though, I’ll probably build her something nice and light for her birthday.

Okay, this is what I wanted to see and hear. Giant dealer just down the road from me, quoted me $2100 for next years frame, that sounds fair, am I right?

Left to right:
-Black Lezyne digital GRAVEL pro, obviously for my Gravel bike, and it has a screw on valve head.
-Silver Lezyne Digital Shock Pump, for my shocks and forks.
-Gold Lezyne Digital High Pressure, for my buddy who thinks he needs to run 110psi, plus it has a slip Chuck that’s easy and quick.
-Knock off Lezyne Silver w analog scale and a flip Chuck that my wife likes. Plus it has a sticker with all of her bikes listed and tire pressure for each wheel written on it. No questions asked, other than “where is MY silver pump?”
-Black Lezyne Digital Overdrive - for setting tubeless tires when not near my compressor.
-Park Tool - dual valve Chuck for the neighborhood kids to use on their Schrader valves, and they are not throwing around my $140 digital pumps.
-Lezyne Gravel analog, best of everything else Lezyne above, but lives in trunk of the car.
