And changing the travel anywhere from 140-180 is a 15 minute process at zero cost.

Hmmm negative about 5mm ID, it's small. Leaning towards it being nothing, but my shifting does suck at the moment.

You're not really helping, ya know. I don't even know why I asked since I don't have a bike that NEEDS such a bump. But I do have a couple that would undoubtedly be improved.... Hopefully someone else takes advantage of Boissal's offer. Otherwise, I'll be hitting up you and Collard on tuning tips for the Smash or Rail fork upgrade.

Takes about an hour to turn a really good fork into a damn near perfect one.

Niner has to be the next company to cease operations, right? I thought the only people who bought Niner bikes were folks living in FtC, but now that they're relocating...

Ohio: where bicycle companies go to die.

Could be a state slogan or something...

They're probably the only reason anyone even thinks of Niner anymore, TBH.

Fezzari is too busy sponsoring Mo and Hannah.

Didn’t Niner already go bankrupt a few years ago?

Is Fezzari pronounced like the double z in pizza or is it like the Moroccan hat?
    No longer stuck.

Realized it's been a while since I've updated my various bike registrations. Where are we in 2023 in terms of which is the best index/directory? Still have to get info to multiple sites to be comprehensive or has industry accepted a standard? (yeah f'in right.)

Hat. Here in the holy land where they're made it's the quintessential beaters bike. I'm pretty sure they come with a temple recommend and an invitation to join a MLM scheme.

My friend has a higher end build La Sal Peak (170mm travel), it’s a pretty sick looking bike in person.

Nope the answer is both 529 and Bikeindex are active a few comparisons suggest Bikeindex has become the more robust resource but I just figured load em all up in both.

Bikeindex integrates with a pretty popular point of sale system, so some shops can automatically register new bike purchases on there. I've been meaning to figure out how to set that up actually. They will also actually try to investigate bike thefts. Like all those bikes getting stolen from shops and winding up for sale on facebook in mexico

Can you mix-and-match Shimano brake components? Specifically, can I run XT lever assemblies with MT201 calipers?
