Baked sweet potato mixed up with avocado. Add salt, butter, cheese and the protein of your choice (ground beef, chicken, etc). It's glorious and I can't believe it isn't a thing.

Had a thing for ketchup as kid, still do pretty much. I love salty/sweet contrast so I'd dip fruit in ketchup all the time. Grapes, cantalope, honey dew, watermelon, all awesome with ketchup.

IPA mixed with a porter.
Went into Ballast point a few years ago to get a growler fill. Part way filled the IPA keg kicked. The brewer's suggestion was to fill the rest with porter. Tried a taste and was shocked how good it was.
