I need to go to Utah.
    Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?

So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....

Thanks BCSAR and POWMOW Ski Patrol for rescues

I mounted my Mindbender 108Ti at +1cm (-8cm) and they skied well there. I also skied the Nordica 104 Free at +2cm (and think +1cm would be good on those too).

Just my two cents. Subsequently sold both just cause I had lots of overlap.

My other skis I ride most are the 191 Enforcer Free 104 and the Enforcer Free 115, both mounted on the line. Both Enforcers feel great on the line, but I think the MB 99ti line is a bit further back? I’m just curious if any of y’all have experimented moving the mount a bit forward?

Also curious if anyone loves this ski in the PNW? I don’t necessarily need them… but last season’s Last Hunt sale was too good to pass up. I’m a little on the fence if I should keep them and give them a shot since the EF104’s are usually my daily driver.

If you got them cheap, I say mount them up and give them a short. I owned the same ski in the 184 and found it to be well rounded a bit more enjoyable off trail than most other 99-ish skis. I think the Mindbender makes a good quiver of 1 for people who want a single pair of skis to cover a lot of conditions.

I also have a pair of 191 Enforcer 104’s, and prefer those. They are really close to the MB in terms of performance, acne on trail and in variable conditions. I think the MB skis a bit looser in the tail despite being slightly narrower. I found the -10.5-cm mount point to feel a bit too rearward in tight spaces, so that’s my 2-cents there.

My guess is the new Enforcer 99 is closer to that quiver killer ski the MB99 attempts to be, but those aren’t going to be cheap anytime soon.

Anyone know why this is happening?

If the 1/0/6X came in my length I would have tried them as a touring ski. That’s what I tried to say.

Sounds like you had yours mounted on the line? I’m starting to think 2-3cm forward might be the ticket…

I think I read someone else say that that broken code is from new iPhones. So, all of these broken posts are the fault of users with new iPhones. Haha.

Anyway... you'll learn to ignore it.

Yeah, on the line. The rocker profile required me to back off of the tips and ski them more centered, which was an odd feeling since the shovel is still fairly stiff.

What I should have come out with first is that I’d be shocked if you liked them as much as your Enforcer 104. It’s a superior ski to the MB99 IMO.
