Yup, just spray painted white to not be super obnoxious.

Oh and one more episode left...just a delay on timing.

I’ll echo what a lot of other mags have said - this is the only ski media my wife watches and she loves it. She really doesn’t watch any other TV or movies or YouTube shows of any type- but she gets excited if there’s a new 50 episode to watch over dinner. She frequently comments on how “Cody and Bjarne just seem like such good geunine people”

Anyway - when you two are done this project on your terms (and I hope you guys know that however that looks is fine by your fans) I hope you guys get a break and a change in thought process as a reward. Maybe start “The Thrifty” where you drive your vans around checking out the best cheap burrito in every state (with some skiing thrown in on the side)? Just brainstorming here.

Or just enjoy some home life and local skiing - you guys have more than earned it.

x4000 on how good Hold My Kid is. There is impressive skiing but it’s truly a solid comedy. Excellent effort.

Watch it on Red Bull TV.

Cody, gear question: Any thoughts on the mount point for the QST Echo with a tech binding? Did you go with recommended MTN line?

I'd love to see them just go find lines they've always eyeballed, be it from the car, plane, helicopter, etc. and ski those. Just exploring and having fun.

What is awesome about the 50, IMO, is that it is relatable (for the most part).

We've all gone on trips where the snow isn't great, where the conditions cause us to turn around, etc. but most ski films neglect this aspect of the experience.

I don't think there are any other series or movies out there that do such a good job of this.

i'll be sad when it's over

I go on recommended line for MTN binding. It’s pretty rare I don’t fiddle with mount point but it’s a great position for this ski.

Well there is going to be an announcement related to this series soon. In a delayed but upcoming episode. Alongside that, I’ll let ya know that some sort of series will be coming in the future that will incorporate some of the aspects you described…and much more. But there could be a year delay as I recuperate, remotivate and build up a balanced plan moving forward. Additionally, I’m gonna step back and focus this upcoming season on the last few lines without the pressures of putting out episodes.

I think what this project has evolved into is that you can also just go do cool stuff and tell good stories and at this point no one really cares if you finish the whole list. With all due respect- I’m saying this as a compliment.

Here, Hold My Kid was hilarious and Jackie and Elyse rip. Indy's straight-at-camera look after Cody's dad joke on the train had me crying. If they remake The Office in 20 years he'd be a lock for Jim.

Just rewatched the episode after watching another couple videos of this springs Polar Star escapades.

Totally understand the Vivian fanboying, some ridiculous problem solving along the way.

Although the last line did seem highly questionable-getting out safe didn’t seem to justify the risk, hindsight 20/20(IMO couch surfing armchair quarterback)

Looks like ya crushed it on weather-one gnarly wind event for all that gnarly terrain worth the price paid.

Remember my 22nd bday, just after my first full ski bum season. I didn’t have the privilege of dropping 10s of 1000s of $ skiing with a couple other guides and my ski hero’s in the arctic…fawk.

Interesting checking out another perspective of the trip to the area

Quite the delay. Maybe they've been waiting for it to snow.
