Unhappy What does mean FREERIDE STANDARD?

I had bought HEAD KORE 105s with some bindings at sport-conrad.com and selected to mount on Freeride Standard(Recommendation of Manufacturer) from some options.
There were some options like Park and Pipe Standard, Allround Standard, Freeride Standard, and Individual mounting point.

After that, I received items and found the skis are mounted on 2cm behind from the factory recommend line.

I'm OK to ski on 2cm forward from HEAD's very traditional recommend line but 2cm behind... no way.

About 10 days after my complaint email, they responded like this and modified their site to show a note.

Please let me know whether that is common understanding in the Occident, especially in Euroland.
I can't believe that 2cm behind is recommendation of manufacturer for freeriding.
At least, here in Japan, We think that freeride ski's factory recommend line is recommendation of manufacturer for freeriding.

Yeah, sport Conrad's mounting can be a bit sketchy. I find it necessary to call them to specify. Sucks they won't help you out a bit more.

Hm, SC mounting options are kind of a cluster F.

Very odd that one cannot just pick "recommended" - which for 105mm skis will be a freeride/am setting - or there being a commentary field where on can specify what one wants when their definitions are defined in such a unprecise manner.

2cm behind recommended is not a weird mount for freeride skis, but I mean, how do you choose recommended in their options? AM is mid way between park and freeride, ostensibly the farthest forward (park) and farthers backward (FR) one can mount - where it is not given that those two options are symmetrical or that it lands you on recommended for AM use.

Mounting the skis forward for freeride doesn't happen unless specified by the customer.

I guess it is little comfort, but it seems like a classic when in doubt, then you are not in doubt - aka reach out and specify what it is that you want.

    Thank you for your replies.

I still have no idea how I could select factory recommend on their site.
    Phone call was needed?
I should not have ordered to mount bindings and should have mounted by myself?

It's total bullshit, but yes you have to call.

internet mounting bindings is dumb, but every online retailer has had customers complain their purchase didn’t come mounted.
