We didn't have huge turnout for Vol Day #1 but the stoke was high and there's a new tree shot to be sampled this winter. If anybody is around on a weekend when there is no volunteer day scheduled, PM or text me. I have a few things in mind that need a quick trim.

This week, I'm going to try to hit up the guys at Ski the East for some schwag. Even if it's only some stickers and a coupla DVDs. Their ski porn is mostly east coast stuff and it's pretty freakin' awesome.

As in the past, the mexican food will be all-vegetarian to provide that option to those so inclined. I considered mixing it up with some chicken/beef until the pig got resolved. I'm also going to change the delivery mechanism to aluminum trays of enchiladas (some with cheese, some without) to simplify heating and serving. The guac will be the same and we can see once again how fast 15 avocados get scarfed down.

Being able to re-connect with real (not interwebz) friends and making new ones is one of the highlights of Ullrfest. Then there's the pig...and the beer...and the liquor luge....and the hollow log burnings....and the bacon.
