oh I'm sure I have been background checked up the wazoo with all the political people I work around, but drug testing is unheard of in my industry. probably the best guys are on coke/ adderall but b bear doesnt play that game- I stick to the natural stuffs only

You can test for some CC credits and CLEP is an option too. Also sometimes a CC can award credit for prior learning. There always is a limit to the # of credits you can use from these sources though. This. I used CLEP tests as the cheapest way to get into a higher pay bracket when I was teaching. If he can find an online school that accepts CLEP as transfer credit, then take a shit load of tests, he may need only a handful of classes to graduate. IIRC, I got 12 credits from the French test alone, building on two half-assed years of high school French and some free instructional videos from a university in Quebec. I had serious doubts that I had passed when I submitted my answers, then the computer told me I had the equivalent of two years of college French (not even close). The standard is low.
