Finding screws is a PITA--I've been able to find the toe and front (short) heel screws ok, but the 18mm pan heads for the rear heel holes are nigh impossible to find. The cast hardware pack for the 1.0 setup used to include 4 of those for the riser/brake retainer assy--same size. Now I guess you gotta make your own, or use the #2 pozidrive ones from slidewright.

Oh yeah, I stumbled on this a few weeks ago, haven't tried ordering from them:
I need toes specifically. Have some pivots I picked up here and after mounting them to two pairs of skis I’ve realized the screws aren’t the right ones. Smaller head leads to deeper penetration that pops the bases.

I thought it was just me not fully drilling out the toe holes, but on the second experience and closer investigation…. Just a mm or so little pokes under the screw and I shaved ptex down in those spots to adjust. Want to get the right screws though and should probably relieve that pressure on the ski construction, though I expect it will be fine at this point.

Jigs are easier to use, but paper templates get the job done just as well if you’re precise using them

If anyone has 105mm and wants to trade for 115mm I’ll get in line behind mustonen

Mustonen, what toes screws do you need? I use all inserts now and I have a bunch of older p12/p14 (alpine AFD) screws, and I think a bunch of p15 screws.

Pfifteen/eighteen toe screws. If you have eight or sixteen freshish screws I’d pay shipping plus a six pack.

Brand new gold pivot 15s with 95mm brakes, or I can change them out for 115mm brakes used a few days. Comes with GW toe AFD but have a standard alpine one I can swap out with all the screws if that is your preference. Don't know what the going rate is these days, $275 shipped to CONUS or price police if there is better deal out there.

I've got forza 3.0 pivot 15s (95 brake) used but in good shape. Anyone want to trade me for a solid color (gold, raw, black, etc.)? Happy to send pics if anyone might be interested.

not fs but a random gear question.. couldnt find the pivot gear talk thread
how far out do you guys safely run pivots on the forward pressure? buddy has a bsl thats about 8mm larger than mine, fits in the boot on the outermost marked ring. just curious if thats okay as ive never done it before.
also noticed the dildo becomes easier to move when the binding is adjusted to accomadate a larger bsl
