I think society has a right to decide and legislate risk factors in the home that put teenage kids at much higher risk of doing that. Daily pot smokers and alcohol users probably shouldn't be carrying when under the influence is another example of the overall healthcare risk society is facing here, present company included. I think the biggest problem with suicide is that the people that should do it don't. It's always the nice quiet dad or the bullied kid or the famous whatever.
