And maybe we need a new thread for the elephant in the room...replacing ones now ill-fitting wardrobe. Or is the baggy look still a thing?
I had to pretty much buy all new clothes. Didn’t do keto but lost 35 and haven’t gained anything back. It’s been about 7 months and no signs of it coming back. I just cut out gluten and try to eat whole foods as much as possible.

Weighed in at 139 lbs this morning, I’m 5’10”. Same weight I had my PR in the Mt Washington hillclimb back in the early 90’s! I forgot how important the last five pounds are, it made a huge difference in how I look and how I ride. I’m still drinking a couple of beers with dinner. Moved away from meat and cheese for the most part. Eating a lot of chickpeas, hummus, black beans, fresh fruit etc... Trying not to eat anything that comes out of a plastic bag, no chips no pretzels. I feel good.

I notice even the slightest headwinds now when I’m riding. It’s kinda weird.

The farts from the hummus should provide some thrust vectoring.

P90X3 as well though. Burning an average of 4200 calories a day with about 1600 to 1800 average intake.

149,196 total steps. Best day was 27k.

    You wouldn't understand.

Came for the nutrition info, stayed for the dick measuring contest.

Maybe so. I've been more focused on losing weight.
