    Its pretty tough. I would venture to guess that is why the second hand market is so strong.

    No, it's not because it's hard. It's because no sane person is going to cycle through the same set of workout videos consistently for a year, let alone for the rest of their life. People burn out on video workouts, period. If yours aren't collecting dust a year from now I'll happily eat my words.

    A baller like Bobby should really be pursuing much more meaningful diagnostic tools than a fitbit and bathroom scale. Full body DEXA scan, BMR test, VO2Max/RER test, and comprehensive metabolic and hormonal panels would be a good start.
