Just like the title says! Used one week and never deployed, including for practice. It's a size small, but fit me really well at 6'. I actually thought it was more comfortable than the Osprey back panel on the pack I used it with.
The activation kit (pull-handle + carbon canister) is included. These are getting harder to come by and the Vario system gives you the option to have one airbag for several different packs.
Disclaimer: It's hard to find places to fill/exchange canisters. I couldn't find a place in Seattle when I was up there, but one of the shops was renewing their contract with ABS to do it again. Do your homework before you buy, please!
