Follow on example of what I posted a couple pages back. This guy gets into the serious bidness though. Just buy an empty lot, pave it, and watch the money roll in! LOL.
Funny to me, because... The real estate developer I used to work bought a parking lot in Long Beach with plans to build a high rise condo tower on it. We operated the parking lot "on autopilot" for a few years through the planning and approval process. And continuously got bent over by Ace Parking on fees. Want a manned booth or an automatic gate? Buck up. Without either of those people wouldn't pay, and you can't really enforce parking tickets as a private company. The fees we got charged to operate the lot were outrageous. We lost money or barely broke even a lot of months. And this was a prime location on Ocean Blvd by the harbor and convention center. Any parcel you can buy for $30k is going to be a shit location no one will pay to park on. But I'm sure the influencer here will be happy to tell you how to make it work, for a fee. ; )

I am seriously getting a crack out of how basic white chicks have moved on from "Live, Laugh, Love" signs all over their homes to having such slogans tattooed all over themselves in cursive. It's hilarious. I'm starting to see these girls with inspirational slogans all over the place these days. LMAO. Can't get much more basic than that! It may just be the barbed wire tribal or Chinese character tattoo of 2023.
You're seeing a lot more naked chicks, white or otherwise, than I am.

I'm impressed that anyone can still write in cursive.

That shit annoys me.
I was chastised for writing cursive in third grade.
Neither of my high school boys can write right.
A few years ago I investigated and found out common core dropped cursive in favor of keyboarding. Fuckkkk. Ain’t gonna be no keyboards in ten years. But tryna read historical cursive it’s just Greek to them.
Funny, I was reprimanded for printing instead of using cursive. My little brain applied logic: as an avid reader, even at a very young age, all I saw were printed words. By the time they tried to teach me cursive, printed words were just ingrained in my brain. Cursive seemed like a waste of time, as I could print faster, and it matched the reality of books. Ever read a book in cursive? Is there even such a thing? Kid logic fell on deaf ears.
I still write everything in absolutely illegible print.
Script is much faster than print.
Lately my script/cursive writing has degenerated into mostly gibberish, at least in appearance. Mind you, it never had very far to go to reach that state, even from the very beginning. Print is still legible, but probably only a matter of time ......
