lotta fkn good an electric stove does then

gotta be able to cook with gas, as well as heat and cook with wood
Camp stove. Been there and done that.
Assuming you can still buy propane cylinders or white gas.

Any cook loves gas. But honestly an induction stove is just as controllable and cooks nice.
    Wish I had one.

It amuses me that WAG is a common engineering estimating abbreviation. I heard it used in a meeting this morning.

Kiosk supplier, "$50,000 would be a WAG."
    Owner/client, "A What?"

“ More than a fifth of the passwords protecting network accounts at the US Department of the Interior—including Password1234, Password1234!, and ChangeItN0w!—were weak enough to be cracked using standard methods, a recently published security audit of the agency found.

The most commonly used passwords, followed by the number of users, were:

    Password-1234 | 478
    Br0nc0$2012 | 389
    Password123$ | 318
    Password1234 | 274

    1234password$ | 138
    ChangeItN0w! | 130”

I once set my work password as Password1.
Apparently this is very easily hacked. Who knew?
When IT called me and said I had to urgently change my password, I picked IHateMyJob for the next 3 months until I had to change it again.

However many are in a shit ton.

I worked for the VA for 5 years. When IT would reset your password, the default was ChangeitNow1!.
I shit you not. You had 3 days to change it to a secure password or get locked out. In which case IT would give you the same set of instructions for the next 3 days with the same default password. 🙄🙄🙄

The real hilarious part was I was located in the OI&T offices, where they make these policies.

    Dear families,

Every week we send out stuff, our Udonic Harpist Snork for families and our BARF for staff. Unfortunately, this afternoon some families received our BARF which was intended for our staff. Sorry for the confusion. You should have received the Udonic Harpist Snork by now.

    Thank you,

Katie has already spammed me for money for her 2024 campaign for Senate, so obviously she does give a fuck. But I don't. (She's a Dem, presumably running against Feinstein, who has already filed, in the primary, unless someone can convince her not to run again.)

That shot of Katie was during the McCarthy votes, so imma give her a thumbs up, but not going to vote for her in the primary unless Adam isn't running.

    Maybe not even then.

Not from California, so I can't vote for her. Almost worth moving just so I can. We need millions more people like her. I wonder if she would consider moving to VT. As much as I would like her and Bernie and Warren in the Senate together, I'd be happy if she would replace Bernie when he retires. Dianne needs to retire 20 years ago.

My one dog finishes her dinner immediately. My other drools a lot and takes his time.

She stands inches away until he’s done. And then she licks up all the crumby drool when he walks away. So gross.

It never fails to amuse me that any time a dead whale washed ashore in the Pacific NW the news is obligated to share a video link to the infamous exploding whale from Florence, OR in 1970.
