As much work as JB puts into his family and to Kelly Canyon I would think that there would be some sort of agreement worked out. Fuck, nothing like ripping someone who loves their family away from family by such a stupid ass arrest. Nothing like arresting someone for such a minor offense and make them into a bitter hardened criminal in prison for a victimless offense.

Did he piss someone off at Kelly Canyon or did ISP have something out for him because of his activism in cannabis reform in Idaho?
