Beard was coming along nicely.
I just went and fucked it all up.
Not completely gone, but down to 1/4 inch all around.
Fuck.
Why did I do this stupid thing??

I like 1/4 inch better than big and bushy unless you are one of the select one that I like enough to like whatever...and you aren't.
are you using beard oils?
I found oils/ balms to be an essential component to assist in the transition from scruffy to bearded.

Vibes. I haven't trimmed a hair since (edit) October 29th. I am starting to look like Reinhold Messner with a bigger beard and no real climbing skills.

Fess up, you really shaved your nut sack? Didn't you?
Ha! Easter is my annual reveal - and the 4th full moon is early this year. My poor daughter never takes it well.
again, i thought this was going to be about balls.
It's hair. It'll grow again.
When I first grew the mustache/goatee I still wear today, I was liking it and thought it looked pretty damn good. I went to Portland to argue what had the possibility of being the most important case of my career. The argument was on a Thursday, I showed up in PDX on Monday so me and my co-counsel could do some intensive prep. Monday night I pulled out the beard trimmer and failed to check the setting. I had been trimming on a setting of 6 for a few weeks and liked the look. In my bag it had gotten pushed down to a 2 and I only figured it out when I took the first swipe at my face, at which point it was too late. Just had to finish the trim. It wasn't so much that I looked bad (I always look kind of goofy), but more that it had the potential to interfere with self-confidence, something you need when facing a panel of hostile judges. We kicked ass despite my mistakes.

Yeah, I had to overcome, and I did.

I shaved mine the other day, and regretted it when I went sledding in the pow the other day. Continuous face shots down the hill with no beard. Also, my face was cold skiing today. Miss the beard.
sigless.
I recently started using coconut oil on the beard. Helps a lot.
the lumberjack beard is long gone. I'd rather just run the trimmer over it once a week and shave the cheeks and neck twice a week. Shaving every day sucks.
what's the over /under on mtngrl shaving her pits ?
Bacon tastes good. Pork chops taste goood.
