Between or around Sugarbush & Stowe lodging options

    Sugarbush was cold and empty.
It was -9F this morning and I was riding quad alone.

All of upper chairs were closed and there were only handful of lower mellow trails opened.
I got bored after a while so I decided to take a ski lesson!
2 hour group lesson turned into a private lesson.
Two other ladies in the group were way too slow learners that they had to separate me with another instructor.
Started with pizza and ended with fries.
It was fun and I learned something new.
    I’ll definitely try it again!
Now I know why you guys walk like penguins in those boots.

Going to clean up and off to Hen Of The Wood for a big hardy meal!

Fancied myself with the last dinner in Vermont for the trip (also my vegetarian friend’s gone).

Good work learn to ski. Good on days when it’s packed out groomers.

Nice work T, I certainly missed getting to ski with you this year. None of my other riding partners seem to surprise me with pizza on the hill, either

Hopefully, you can make it out to BBI@Bridger or I will see you later this spring.

I miss chasing you in the glades.
That awkward moment in Beaver Pond is one of my fond memories from Jay! lol

I think I can only make it as far as Jackson this winter, so I’ll have to see you in NYC instead!
    Can’t wait!!

Waterbury was nearly impossible to get a pint.
So I end up getting one in Waitsfield place called Shepard’s Pub.
Owner or bartender named James or Jason was a real nice to chat with.
Had my double IPA and back to my Airbnb safe and sound.
Sad it’s my last night in Vermont.

    Speaking of Airbnb.
This place is real nice and it has everything I needed!
I can’t believe I scored this place for the price ($360 for 4 nights for the whole apartment) during Christmas/New Year’s peak season!

    40 mins to Stowe.
    20 mins to Sugarbush.
    20 mins to Waterbury.

Even got Temper Pedic bed and Apple TV!

Hudge props for charging through that snow and weathering bitter cold. Best trip report ever! Just keep that attitude and you'll be ripping at Whistler in a few seasons. Watching Phish live on periscope right now. Safe trip back tomorrow

    Cold morning in Moretown.

Magic’s 10 degree warmer, but still empty.

    Lunch and pint time.
Couple more laps and heading back to New York.

Super fun skiing with you at Stowe and texting all week. Looking forward to your next visit and hope it is warmer.

Funniest Nutmegchoi moment was her Evolution pass not working, not working, ect at the gate. Attendant said it would be fixed and of course it wasn't. So every lap before lunch we were pulled aside as they checked her through. After lunch Nutmeg got a new pass which worked 1 [one] time before it failed. Her thought was " I must have a magnetic breast " .

    Good times

Thank you for showing me around the mountain on Christmas Day!
I had tons of fun and glad I showed you the importance of Animoji.

    Until next time!

Just got back to New York.
Took 4 hours from Magic and finished an audio book.

Buggy worked very hard past 5 days.
Put about 1,000 miles all over Vermont.
Never hesitate to start in -11F.
Good Buggy deserves a nice long bath tomorrow
