Ripped right down the ass of my flylow firebird bibs last season, only a year old. Sent them in in may, follow up email after 4 weeks and then they replaced them with brand new bakers for free in june. Only cost to me was mailing them in the firs time, overall positive experience and 6-7 week turnaround all in.

Wife bought me some OR bibs at half off during the pandemic because she’s a nurse. I would not have bought them, but it was a thoughtful gift. Pocket zipper failed and they warrantied at full value credit and let me keep the bibs.
Once again, Arcteryx steps up for me. I bought a "Pro" Guide jacket 3-4 years ago in Blaze color (mistake) but rarely wore it due to potential for getting it dirty (shows EVERYTHING, and I'm OCD). I took it out a few months ago, and saw a couple of VERY small of the dreaded bubbles forming in the Gore Tex. I sent them pictures, and they apologized and got everything immediately arranged for a replacement. The world would be a better place with more Arcteryx's around!
And a big FU to Mountain Hardware who told me too bad on my Berylium (sp?) jacket that had less than 10 days on it and started to delam. I had to shame them into at least giving me a coupon for a discount against something else. NEVER AGAIN MOUNTAIN HARDWARE!
I broke a specialized saddle, my fault. I emailed them hoping I would get a discounted one as a crash replacement, but they just sent me a new one. I read through their warranty and crash replacement policy and it seems to be very generous. They will be the first company I consider dropping money on when making a new purchase.
Osprey yet again. Many, many year old backpack had the lining peeling off. Mrs EWG reached out about how to fix and they said just send it in and they'd replace it.
Absolutely the best packs with absolutely the best warranty in the business.

More cowbell!!!
johnnie-O golf shirts just came through for me - wife brought me a shirt from a biz trip a couple weeks ago, really nice lightweight wicking fabric, comfortable etc. After first wash, noticed a snag in the weave right on the front. Sent them an email with pics and they sent me a code for a new shirt.
Stuff's not cheap but they stand behind it!
Blew out a rollercam camstrap. Reached out to them. The owner said snap a pic and keep the cam, not worth the shipping.
He sent me 6 new ones in the mail with an apology.
That never happens.

Made an Evo purchase last week, same item $70 less at REI this week. Evo refunded my $ +5% in less than 30' of sending in their form.
MKS pedals.
Excellent customer service, polite and forthright in helping with an esoteric request. It makes me glad I went with the sealed bearing sylvans instead of a modern mtb flat on my gravdad bike.
I just ordered a pack from Raide Research and the owner was answering questions for me on his Slack channel in real time. It seems like a good sign that they are at least responsive.
Helly Hansen. 2 inch seem separation on leg of pants after one season. Sent pic, shipped a new pair out. Said to do whatever I wanted with the original pair so seam tape and aquaseal will keep them in service too.

G3 customer service went above and beyond in taking care of a broken carbon pole issue.
Patagonia - Returned a 6 month old rain jacket (Granite Crest) that would wet out immediately. First dud product I've had from Patagonia. The credited the price of the jacket, which I had purchased with a generous credit from a trade in.
North Face - Sent a Snowmad 34 in for repair (internal frame wire was poking through pack). Credited for cost of new pack.
4FRNT - ripped the tail off of my fancy Hoji skins. Sent me a new replacement pair, even with the knowledge that the original skins/skis were a hookup in the aftermath of my Marshall Fire situation.
