kodi mags...what you got?

I know I'm late to the party but I've finally decided to join the kodi world. I've been told of a lot of different methods for receiving programming but I was hoping the collective could help me cut through all the clutter. I'll be using Amazon FireTV as the platform. What's everyone using for add-ons that they would recommend? Any suggestions/tips to improve performance? FWIW, sports and live tv will be the focus for me. Thx

There are builds and addons (many reports of addons not working)- but it really sometimes depends on what you want in your favorite programming streams, sports, movies, live TV, etc. are all a bit different. Titanium, Bulldog, Exodus and Elysium are a few of the most mentioned builds.

I've heard Exodus (I think it's called covenant now) is good for movies/tv. Sportsdevil/Deliverance for sports but haven't had any personal experience yet so I was hoping I'd get some testimonials here. Perhaps since we're all rich dentists nobody minds paying huge cable/satellite bills?

I just started setting up my Kodi box and my lawdddddddd i find it difficult! i consider myself fairly tech savvy but i've had a hard time figuring it out. What program/stream/app/build do you guys suggest for cartoons? not kid or weird anime tentacle porn but family guy, bobs burgers, king of the hill and stuff like that.

What build are you using? I'm having pretty good luck with Zero Tolerance. There's instructions on their site on how to install. Use Elysium for on-demand TV watching.

Don't waste your $$$ on a preloaded box. Get a clean FireTV box and install Kodi and Zero Tolerance on it yourself. Plenty of youtube vids out there to show you how. Don't get too pumped up about live tv on it though, I've found it buffers way too much but I don't have the fastest internet connection. HBO seems to work better than live sports.
