Headed to ACK in October. Are falsies the only fish that I can expect to catch from the beach?

Are you flying into ACK? if not hit me up I’ll be in full on fall run fishing mode, if you’re between Boston and the ferry in Hyannis

Thanks again!. No, we are not flying into ACK? Right now, the plan is to take the red-eye from SLC, the Peter Pan to Hyannis and the Ferry over to the island for a few days. I do have an extra day at the end of the trip and would love to trade one of my Boston nights in an attempt to land a big striper. Also, I would have liked to have visited Iceman, but he is a but logistically it's probably not going to happen.

The Peter Pan! Definitely not exactly flying right in.

I’ll be fishing, so when it gets closer and you see weather/plans firming up, I have extra gear. Depending on when exactly and how the season goes, a “large” striper may be a little more hit or miss but there will certainly be fish around.

Ice actually lives close to good fishing grounds…

T minus 5 days until I will be surf fishing at Eel point for stripers and then reeling hard at Great Point for allies. Sooooo stoked!

    New England Striper Conditions?

Booked a trip home to kick it with dad from May fifteen to June nine Would love to pay for gas on someone’s boat, I’m a fly guy. Or, if anyone has a pedal power kayak they want to lend on the cape for that timeframe I’ll compensate.
    Stoked to chase some stripers

I got you. I have a 14’ pdl drive hobie. All the gear you’ll need if you expand beyond fly. You can take it when I gotta work. You just need a truck to cart it around. Lowrance 9” fishfinder and can set up go pros etc if ya want. It’s total overkill.

Cool, I’ll call you sometime in early May to figure shit out. Just put my name on the waitlist for the cheeky schoolie tourney since I’ll be in town.
