Hey AC I guess you are probably aware of these guys? http://koetterkim.com/indexFlash.html
The two principals have a house down the street from us, he's suffered a terrible stroke but is still game, humping up and down the street with a walker and someone holding him from falling. She's a pistol. I had no idea who they were and she invited us in and I looked into it after that. Impressive from here.
Can't see flash on my phone but, yeah, I recognize the name...they do really good work...didn't realize the principals were that old
He's probably mid 70's, I'd say she's at least a dozen years younger. Their project list is insane, he was the head of Yale's school of architecture, it was just cool to me and wondered what you thought. Check it out on your computer later.
Hey Stuck, send the laptops to me, I'll broker the deal for you. They must be legit if they can't find a company like CDW or Newegg or even a local Boise dealer to get a few laptops from. Once the payment is charged back because the card is not legitimate, or stolen or a number of other possible scenarios like ID theft for a long time scam, or it could actually be just a trial balloon purchase that may go through and not scam you the very first time, but then follow up with another larger order that will end up being an issue. As long as email and faxes have been available, I've seen a number of purchase requests like this.
They bought some cc numbers online. They have about 30 days to burn them.
I say hi to all of them. They have a good staff there.
Stuck, are you an IT guy?
I am looking at Surface Tablets and need a bit of advice.
Since necro-bumps are all the rage I'm gonna try to piggyback this thread.
Someone signed up for an Apple ID using my email address and now I have like 15 emails asking me to confirm my email. Apparently Apple went ahead and set up the Apple account based on their phone number without ever getting that confirmation but I keep getting notices: "thanks for signing in to iCloud!!!"
I changed my password just to be safe, but haven't gotten any of those "was this you?" emails. It's a pretty random email and they apparently split it up to create a "name" to give Apple, otherwise I'd just assume it was a mistake. Confirmation of account via Apple website shows it does exist and apparently they have a phone number associated with it.
Is there any point to this kind of exercise? Trying to get me to argue it so they can confirm my email is real and deluge me with crap? Should I expect to be contacted by the FSB next?
Police report for starters.
