wooley-A few years ago I posted about people, their kids and social media and bad things that happen because of it. Mostly stuff I've read professionally and ways to avoid it and you accused me of threatening you and yours. Your post was complete bullshit. I'm too lazy to go back and find it but I clearly remember being completely shocked that risk mitigation advice given to another poster was read as a threat to you. I was merely commenting on how people are running into trouble posting too much personal info online. And I used my own username that I've always used on TGR and many other forums.

This is about the same conversation we had last time. If you are worried about someone infringing on the safety of your family because of what you post on the internet, it seems like a pretty simple answer. Yes, don't post in kid stoke and then piss someone off in pollyass if you think harm might come to them because of an unknown person on the internet sees info or pictures of your family and doesn't like you on the internet.

Edit-If it were me and I was truly worried about harm coming to my family because of what I was posting on a ski forum, I'd probably delete my posts. But to me, family is more important than winning the internet or impressing a bunch of skiers I haven't met. But then again, I don't have kids or grandkids, am not worried about their safety, don't care if I win or lose the internet, and really have no reason to impress all you dicks. If I get frustrated on TGR, I take a break. It's nice...going outside, not worried about what a bunch of anonymous strangers think about me or my opinions or always looking over my shoulder because the harm train is coming.

For the most part, as I see it, TGR prefers to ignore poliass, and probably wished that forum didn't exist. That forum, to the best of my knowledge, exists for only one reason: to keep that shit out of the padded room. So, for the most part, this forum (the padded room) gets to be a lot better because of poliass, not in spite of it. But everyone thinks this is easy, like it's obvious who should be banned and who should stay, even though it is not at all obvious to me. So I will repost something I posted in the thread in Ask TGR:
