WTF? Got an email from Mike V with text from an article about a fundraiser for a paralyzed cyclist, with a comment from him about the "healthfulness" of mountain biking (his quotes, not mine). How did this POS get my email address? I'm sure it was a mass email, but still. I had a response typed up, but decided I don't want to verify my existence in any way, so just reported him as SPAM.

He gets email addresses from comments on public documents. So if you emailed into a travel plan update, park revised plan, or things like that your comment and info end up in the final document. He slurps all those up and adds them to his email list. I added him to "spam" many years ago.
