Electricians doing some work in my attic found these skis buried in insulation. The house is 100 years old, any idea how old the skis may be?

Ive got a set on the wall from my grandfather, very similar. I believe 30's-40's vintage Northland Ski

"Northland Ski Manufacturing Company was founded as the C. A. Lund Company in Hastings, Minnesota by Norwegian-born Christian A. Lund back in 1911. Skis, Poles, Boots, Bindings, Toboggans, and S"nowshoes were manufactured at Hastings, Minnesota, St. Paul and in Laconia, New Hampshire. By the mid 1920’s and on into the 1930s, Northland was the nation’s largest producer of Winter Sporting equipment.

We adopted 3 feral cats who live outside and just kill everything bird-sized or smaller like it's their job. Even with their help, the birds are obnoxious, but much less than before.

We had an air cannon. It works for about half a day.

Removing nearby perching habitat was a much bigger improvement (not removed to combat birds, but it was a pleasant byproduct).

Just got off the bike, Florida in November is freaking choice. Loading up on vitamin D and warm weather before winter in Vermont. Retired my Trek Emonda down to Naples. Nice not having to rent a bike and then try to dial the fit. Get on and go, this bike has eighteen thousand miles on it. It fits!
