    Nice. We are 213.

I get them through work and usually get a game or two a year.

Game started strong then things fell apart, some shitty calls as well. Still a great time.

What a cool looking place to walk.
Never in U.S. history has the public chosen leadership this malevolent. The moral clarity of their decision is crystalline, particularly knowing how Trump will regard his slim margin as a “mandate” to do his worst. We’ve learned something about America that we didn’t know, or perhaps didn’t believe, and it’ll forever color our individual judgments of who and what we are.

We had great seats for a few years: (middle, first row of 300 level), but they got rid of 300 level with Covid, so now we’re on our 3rd different set of 200 level seats. We keep moving because the people next to us have been loud, obnoxious, and don’t watch the game.
I was going to accuse you of being them.

Well, my wife was reading her phone half the time and my daughter and her friend just chugged boba tea and bounced in their seats the entire time. So you’re not wrong.

Very much analogous to a powder day. Being on the water on a super calm day is magical. It refreshes something deep inside. I prefer paddling to motorized. It's all good. Hopefully you cut the engine at some point and just sat there for a while listening to the world.

I did cut the motor and dove in for a swim off the boat once well out in the middle. It’s amazing how quickly you get the uneasy feeling once you swim as few boat lengths away from an un-manned boat in open water. Good to shake hands with that feeling every now and again.
