^^^ pilot said we were one of the last planes landing before the storm yeasterday, crazy turbulence and I say this from the reg in/out of DIA. Could see the dust chase the plane on the landing, all good and once on rental buss it was DUMPING. Another storm just past but not as intense.

hot as hell here, dont know how you do it. Need to come out next week again and got a full day off, may drive up to Flag for the day.

I've seen them cancel flights at PHX because of extreme heat. So it must not be THAT hot.

I am officially used to it. The thought of moving back to SF and trying to find a place to live for my 120lb dog and I gives me a panic attack so I fly out of town basically every weekend on the company dime.

Last summer we had 3 or 4 days of ~120*F weather and planes were grounded because some plane's flight manuals stop at 118*F - I always thought they were cancelled because of thermodynamics laws beyond my comprehension.

Mostly about air density or the lack thereof. Fuel load expanding can also be a concern.

8 years ago you could find a decent place to live between Walnut Creek and San Ramon. Take BART into the City from Walnut Creek. But things change.

From just a bit ago, out for a road spin. This is from just down hill from my place. North Rd, Walpole NH. Looking west to Vermont.
Beautiful summer this year. We had one week of shit heat/humidity. But other than that, one of the best summers I can ever remember. Low humidity is so fucking crucial.

That’s not a very good IPA.
