THC detection: How Long for a 6' 175 lb oldster?

I may have to take a drug test in the next 3 weeks.
I generally don't smoke in the summer, but life has been hell the last year, so I toked once a week for the last couple of months.

I'm 6', weight 175, work out regularly (2 hours 3-4x /week) with a slowing metabolism because I'm almost as old as Benny.
I know I'm fucked for a hair test, but APPROXIMATELY how long will THC be detectable in a pee test given the parameters of reasonably low bodyfat?

30 days. Once a week smoker, it will be out of your system in a week or two, with heavy water drinking.

I think you'll be fine. Up to 90 days is technically true, but for most people it will be gone before 30.

Whatever you do, stop working out for the week of the test if you are going to use your own urine. Exercise releases the thc molecules from your body's fat cells where they like to "hang out." Strenuous activity before a test increases your chances of failing.

Being a once a week smoker, I'd estimate you'll be okay in 3 weeks. Drink lots of water too and make sure the test is not your first pee of the day.

I'm younger than you and slightly more out of shape and have found that I pass the grocery store test if I abstain from visiting Colorado for two weeks. I think you should be fine after a month. Buy a few of the grocery store tests to see how things are going, drink a shit ton of water, and don't give your first piss of the day.

Some of the grocery store tests have both the indicator stick and an option to mail it to a lab. Mail it in if you want some extra peace of mind. If you're not passing after two weeks, it might be worth it to look into fake piss. Those teas that you buy from a headshop do nothing beyond hydrating you.

If you drink a lot of water prior, make sure to take some b-12 or multi-V to get some color. If you give them a clear sample, then they send it off for further testing because it is questionable/dilute.

I've used the magic potions they sell at head shops and passed tests while dirty. Find them online. They work the same day and would add comfort in case you're still worried.

Mrs. Bimble is a Medical Laboratory Scientist...she says it depends on usage but 2 weeks should be enough. Everybody's different though, so no guarantee. The store-bought pee thing might be a good idea, just in case. Hopefully they don't swab you.
