Oh come on now, everyone likes to play "hide the ice cubes."

Along those same lines, even if you only do it at the behest of your girlfriend, brunch with her parents the next morning will be awkward if you leave bruises on her neck.

If a "friend" keeps posting annoying political or religious crap use the unfollow option on facebook instead of posting your opinion.

There is some cool stuff but it's hard to see it in the deep pile of political shit. I have been removing myself though.

Most people actually have good intentions most of the time, and many arguments come about because people misunderstand each other and then assume the worst.

(This goes double in relationships. Before you get in a fight with your s/o, find out if they actually meant the thing that's pissing you off. Maybe you're misinterpreting them, or maybe they have a good reason that you're not aware of.)

Just eliminate all potential sources of confusion right off the bat by finding out whether the father of the person in question is weak, or the alpha of the family.

    This thread is kinda dumb

Maybe more appropriate is what isn't learned...breathing? That just happens when you pop out. Are reactions learned? Pain?

I have complained about the proportions of things there for years- really fuckin weird. HUGE hotel room/tiny TV, short straws with wide openings. Huge forks, tiny knives. The list goes on- its like someone slipped you a 1/4 hit of acid.

epiphanies seem to always happen when I smoke some good herb after reading Buddhist writings on the human condition.
It helped me realize most people are assholes out of weakness and fear
I learned not to take it so personally and let go of old feuds.
