    I recently found out that's a friend from middle school who I lost track of. Haven't figured out what to do with that information but it was a surprise.

    I went to a cool place in Redmond that had a conveyor belt that went by your table and you pulled off whatever you wanted. They tallied plates when you were done.

    I'm not sure how it stacks up against some of the more fancy sushi places, but it sure was fun!

    Probably Blue C. It's decent, my kid's enjoy the instant gratification that a conveyor belt provides. Overall though, it's mid-tier sushi at best.

    American chain supermarket sushi is bottom tier. Uwajimaya is good however.

    Conveyor belt is mid tier. Although I did grab a tuna roll once at a conveyor belt place and it had canned tuna in it, canned tuna, no joke.
