Definitely the tapatalk app. The question is, does anyone support it? Does anyone even look at the error message emails that get sent, or am I wasting time doing that?

The crash reports go to Tapatalk, not us. I would like to think that they meticulously inspect each one.

There will be a new build coming out soon...main improvement is removing those 'featured' thread notifications.

That was my question. Does anyone at tapatalk actively support the app, or even look at the emails? I suppose the obvious answer is to just delete the app, and use the mobile interface. The tapatalk app does have a few nice features, but there are so many things broken, I'm tired of dealing with it. For example, in addition to the constant crashes, the threads in the app are often way behind the thread when viewed as "web view". And when I open a previously viewed thread it will often open up somewhere in the middle of the thread, even though I'd read through all those posts already.

Do you happen to have a contact email of the support person at tapatalk to address these questions too? It would be helpful to know if such person even exists.

it's really annoying that there are some thread I just can't look at on my phone, because the app will crash.

My solution, which I just implemented, is to delete the app.

I officially gave up on the app. It's beyond frustrating for me.

Same. Just use web browser now. Funny, though, my wife's iPad, about 6mo older, has no problem with the app when I am borrowing hers. No idea what the difference is.
