Nikon DL 24-85 or.......?

I would like something along these lines. Basically a point and shoot that takes great shots, but I'm decent with settings and such. I just don't want to deal with shooting in RAW and using Lightroom and such. I just want something portable and takes great shots and video. Wifi, Bluetooth and 4K sounds awesome. That original compact Nikon with changeable lens that shot its own HD commercial was pretty cool. I'd like to be able to change lenses, but it's not necessary. It looks like the DL 24-85 is just what I'm looking for, but I'd much rather be around the $300 range than $700. I'm cool with used. Thoughts?

I have a Canon Rebel XS with two lenses, but I find myself very rarely using it just because it's cumbersome, not to mention I don't think the pictures are all that great, particularly with the shitty telephoto lens that came in the bundle, but that's probably the cheap glass talking.
