    How in the hell......

do I replace a ceiling fan in my house, little over 2 stories up in an open space between the loft and kitchen? Nice open concept for a 70's built home. Ceiling fan has not been turned off other than to change directions and dust twice a year, finally gave out after 10 yrs living here which is good as have been wanting a different design and light since moved in.

    scaffolding?

do they make portable lifts I can get inside a house?

hire circus performers to make a pyramid?

go bat shit crazy and build a mash potato replica of devils tower? (plus brown gravy for asthetics of course)

edit: yep, board as shit as crm tool at work is down

There are scissor lifts for indoor work. I can rent one at a place here across town. However, getting one in your place might be a challenge.

^^ was not thinking of them but have some cool fans on that site. Not sure if I want to dump $1500 into a fan for a house I plan to sell or rent out in 5 yrs but sure are cool styles.

They have these in a brewery in the Dallas area, kind of a warehouse set up...put out some serious breeze in a big space. Good for a living room if you want to build up your tolerance to wind burn!!

They have a whole line of smaller fans that are very cool, I have a few of them: https://www.haikuhome.com

They really keep the two product lines separate but it's the same company.

They have a residential version of the BAF too - the "Isis."

Jennie Garth is still hot, IMO.

Man, there are some stomach floppin pics up there. Have to admit I've done one or two those. The pic of the person standing on top of the two doors, there's no way that ended well.

    option A
16' 4 legged double sided ladder, the tallest one you can get without going to a custom maker.
You stand at 14' and are 6' tall so you made it to 20'.

    Option B
    scaffold.

    Option C
rent one of these. it fits in a truck but you need a buddy. They have rollers to make it easier.

I have put up a few of those haiku's. They can link multiple fans to a single rf controller but you have to call them for the parts to do it.

They usually come with a hat or a t shirt.
