    Scott boot fit

Anyone been in these boots? G2 specifically. I have a lange/rossi foot. My old Langes gave up the ghost in a big way on closing day.

AFAIK the Scott G2 is the Garmont G2, which is essentially the Garmont Shaman. Which I love.

I've never had Lange boots, so can't compare the fit.

The Garmont Shaman boot I love as well. I came to from a Lange previously, albeit from whatever Lange was producing 8 yrs ago. If you're around the 98mm mark in a boot the Scott should fit similarly. The old Garmont liner was a bit less plush than the Lange, but Scott may have changed that. Performance wise the Garmont was about similar to the Lange 120 flex offerings, and felt a bit quicker from edge to edge than the Lange.

I used to love the fit on the Garmont G series (the red ones, cause they are faster). Good narrow fit. That being said, I found the new Scott's a little more generous like a lot of boots that are trying to pre-punch some common areas. I would compare the Scott fit similar to the 98mm lasted Nordica boots. By no means were they roomy, but just a bit more room in the forefoot mainly. My wife ski's the Garmont G2 and cannot find anything she likes more, and has a pair of Scott Celeste that needed a bit more work to get right, but dialed now.
