Can anybody A/B '16-'17 or '17-18 Goats with the current offering? Anything to gain aside from width?

I find that the current BGs (187) float a bit better in deep snow than the old 186s or 184s (asym) — longer and wider tip. They also feel a bit better on groomers and are happier to stay on edge when making big turns through chop, whereas the old BGs always wanted to pivot.
The new BGs do have a more substantial tail, so I don’t find them quite as maneuverable, although I get more support on landings.
All told, I love my 184 Asyms the most since I tend to prefer the ability to slash a turn in a leftover pile of pow over going super fast all the time, so I’m planning to sell my 187 118s. Will get some pics and a thread posted, but if anyone from this thread is interested, feel free to send me a PM.
Also going to offload some 189 C&Ds. They’re awesome and are better than BGs (all generations) in pow, but sadly, I don’t get conditions where I can ski them and if I’m traveling somewhere, I’m going to choose to take BGs for versatility.
I’ve had 3 pairs of kitties- og bibby’s, blister pros, and a new pair similar to the originals. I feel like they are poppy, more so than my woodsman 108’s, BG’s, or woodsman 110 tours. But, that’s just my feeling of them. And I’ve always skied the 190’s as not a huge dude, so I’m sure that helps attribute to the playful feeling I’ve felt.
196 Pillowfights on CL. Heard these are unicorns. Wish I could justify these cuz the topsheets are awesome

There was some talk on Reddit or somewhere about Jeff 110s and I dropped an opinion on my distaste for them. A guy named Scott slid into my dms claiming to be from ON3P asking for my contact details but never replied to me. Scam?

I did that obviously. I'm waiting for my "free" skis and reach around.
I feel like this is a solid deal. Not my sale:

Can anyone ID what year these are?

if the top sheets are matte / textured then those are probably a newer custom version of the BGasym with the 18 graphic. If they are glossy (onee can usually tell by a white line around the edge of the topsheet), then they are most likely 2018 BGasyms.
The only potential differences if they are a newer, custom version could be that the carbon is integrated into the fiberglass or not (which doesn't really matter either way for BGs imho) or if they have been built softer or stiffer than stock (either through added carbon or differently milled core). The latter should be specified if being the case in the ad. A call to ON3P will clear it up real quick if you have the serial numbers.
As far as I know BGasyms did not change from 18 to 21 other than the potential slight change in layup (if that was not introduced later - cannot recall, again not much of a consideration with the wider skis) so it will be a killer pair regardless.
Anybody looking to move some 182 Woodsman 110s?
a positive attitude will not solve all of your problems, but it may annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Just scored a pair of 187 Woodsman 102 w/ clear topsheet. Had a SW blem.
One thing is, they have the Tour layup. I have never been interested in buying the tour layup, or quite frankly a 102mm DD, but had a few extra beers that night, it was a screamin deal, and that clear top sheet looks so damn good......
Any one have insight on how the tours skis, having trouble finding much info or reviews online. Shit having trouble finding info on the Wood102 in general.
I will be Teleing them (I know you don't care) but I tele like I downhill. My other tele skis are OG (2011) 193 Bibby pros, 190 Mindbender Ti and 189 Megawatts.
The tour layup skis amazing, as a touring ski. I have two pairs and I can't think of any other ski that I've tried that hits the sweet spot of lightweight yet still skis well like ON3P's tour layup.
That said, I've never skied them inbounds and have no interest in doing so as I hate lighter skis in the resort.
^^this. *touring

I have had a few days on my 108 BG Tours in the resort (with attack demo bindings on them).
They hold their own, and do well in soft snow but they definitely chatter and get thrown around. On wider Pow specific ski (BG or C&D) I think it’d be fine, but for skiing any real variable, ice, or hardpack - definitely wouldn’t want it. Certainly not for the Woodsmen 102. Not much fun. (That being said, they are still better than many other touring layups for the resort)
Also, can I make a request to bring back the 191 asym banana rocker (2018?) Cease and Desists? I love my current pair so much I want another haha. Been skiing them in Tahoe with the massive storms we got the past few weeks, and man are they fun. Soo fast and confidence inspiring, and yet so quick side to side. In really deep heavy wet snow, they make such a big difference over almost any other ski. Most people have a bad time, even with standard 115mm waist type Pow skis, but the C&D’s are like trampolines, just gliding and popping over everything. I got fresh tracks all day because they allowed me to keep enough speed to get over to terrain most people couldn’t.
Does ON3P ever offer custom skis with old profiles?
Oar newer planks with old top sheets?
watch out for snakes
