Man, I remember buying a Taco w/ 80k on it for $10k, driving it for 200k then traded it in for $6k. A friend of mine just found a spotless, like new, '04 manual extended cab with 90k on it. I think he paid $15k for it. Old guy just couldn't drive it anymore. My buddy had to scrape an AARP sticker off the rear window. haha.

I had a 96 Ranger that I traded in for I think $3k in 07 with 180k. They go for 2x that now.
Taco if you want to Taco. I see just an many if not more high miles Chevys around here (and 2nd Gen Cummins but that's a different deal).
Yeh Chicken Tax! A great example of how tariffs on global manufacturing play out long term.
